Dottie is retired and she and her husband spend a lot of time between Northern Virginia and Florida. She had had gum recession and large old fillings that were breaking down. Her front teeth had worn and were too short. Sometimes she did not even show her teeth when she smiled.
Dottie's Solution:
1. Porcelain crowns helped restore her teeth to their natural length and restored a comfortable bite.
2. The black triangular spaces were closed and Dottie could smile confidently again.
3. Do so in a fashion that tested Dottie's bite with temporaries that looked exceptionally good through to process.
